Hi! My name is Joe Rispalje, and I grew up with my sister, in a small Midwest City by loving and caring parents. Thought their beliefs, they gave me a sound religious and educational foundation that has continued with me, to this day. After graduating from high school and not knowing what my future was, I enlisted in the Navy and served on two Navy vessels though-out my tenure. After being released from the service, I attended the University Of Minnesota, but after one year, I decided on a different course and enrolled in a three year program as an industrial Electronic Technician. I received an Associate Arts degree. I was hired by a Transport Refrigeration Manufacture in middle management and spent thirty years in various positions and ending up in the Northwest as a District Manager. I retired in December 1999, and with my wife, we have enjoyed our home, our grand kids, and many enjoyable trips. During the past several years, I’ve been concerned with the way our educational system is going. With less and less effort spent on slow and failing students. Because of this frustration, I’ve been looking for a way to improve this process. I found a system called Vereconference.
